How We Provide Telehealth Services
Yes, telehealth is all we do. Our vision and goal is three fold: to connect patients to providers, to address the totality of health (body, mind and spirit), to facilitate nurse practitioners ability to work for themselves and find work-life-family balance.
About our TeleHealth services
- Evisit- Asynchronous. No audio or video consult. Submit request, reviewed by provider, prescription sent in, summary of recommendations, education, prescription and follow up messaged back to patient.
- Telehealth Visit - audio or video
- We provide after hours support for direct primary care members
- We are now offering a membership plan to our patients
